Hello! My name is Zach, and I am the sole operator and owner of Zach NW LLC. I’ve been working on and off in the tech industry as a Linux systems administrator since 2004. Over the years, I’ve accumulated a small following of clients who have personally sought me out for my skillset and services. Pricing
Hourly Rate: $100/hour, 15 minute minimum.
Expenses are not covered and paid by client directly.
General Business Practices
After an initial chat and some time to research what needs to be done, I can typically provide a fixed price if we have defined some goals. You'll receive a bid on a standard quote document. If it’s something unknown, a random task, or an emergency, then I will start the clock and bill you afterward.
I do not respond to RFQs, RFPs, or provide lengthy proposals. Let me be upfront in that I try not to get involved if a project is large or time-sensitive because this is a part time, one man operation.
