If it’s something unknown, a random task, or an emergency, then I will start the clock and bill you afterward.

I do not respond to RFQs, RFPs, or provide lengthy proposals. Let me be upfront in that I try not to get involved if a project is large or time-sensitive because this is a part time, one man operation.
